FAQ

The questions founders actually ask.

Are you an agency?

No. You're hiring one senior operator who does the work, not a team that hands you to a junior. That's the point. Speed, ownership, and a direct line to me.

Can I pay in tokens?

Partly. There's always a cash floor that covers the time. If you're cash-light, you can swap part of the retainer for a vested token grant so we're aligned on the upside. I don't work for tokens alone.

Do you guarantee deals?

No honest BD person does. The sales cycle is four to six touchpoints over weeks and I don't control your product, funding, or decision speed. I guarantee the system, the volume, and the discipline. Outcomes follow reps.

How fast can we start?

Tier 1 starts within a week. Tier 2 and 3 after a scoping call and a 3 to 6 month commitment, because BD compounds and one-month tests don't show the real funnel.

What if BD isn't my problem?

Then I'll tell you on the call and we won't work together. Better to know in 30 minutes than three months in.
